Accessibility statement
Flash Parking Control and Communications Ltd. wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people with disabilities. This statement sets out what we have done to make the site accessible, what is not yet accessible and how to contact us.
Accessibility level
The site was built to Israeli Standard IS 5568, based on WCAG 2.0, at level AA, as required by the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013. It was checked with an automated tool (axe) and a manual keyboard navigation test on 10 October 2026.
What we have done
- The whole site can be used with a keyboard, and the focus indicator is clearly visible.
- A “Skip to content” link at the start of every page.
- A logical heading structure, and language and direction attributes (Hebrew right to left, English left to right).
- Text alternatives for informative images; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Colour contrast at level AA.
- Every form field has a label, and error messages are announced to screen readers.
- The site respects the “reduce motion” system setting and turns off animations.
- The site works on phones and with text enlarged up to 200%.
The site does not use an accessibility plugin or toolbar. Accessibility is built into the site code itself.
What is not yet accessible
- The video at the top of the home page is decorative, has no sound and carries no information that is not also in the text.
- External files and websites we link to, such as government documents in the guides, are outside our control and may not be accessible.
If you come across something that is not accessible, please tell us so we can fix it.
