Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, who receives it and what your rights are. It follows the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, as amended by Amendment 13, in force since 14 August 2025.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Flash Parking Control and Communications Ltd., company number 517231296 (“the company”). Contact details for privacy requests are at the bottom of this page.

What we collect

  • In the contact form you give your full name and phone (required), and if you choose, your email, topic, car park location and message.
  • By phone or WhatsApp we receive your phone number and your enquiry.
  • Like any website, the hosting server logs technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of access, for security and operation.

You are under no legal obligation to give us any information. Without a name and phone number we cannot get back to you.

What we use it for

  • To get back to you about your enquiry, arrange a meeting or site visit and prepare a quote.
  • To provide service, support and maintenance to existing customers.
  • To secure and run the website.

We will not send you marketing messages without your explicit consent, and we never sell your details.

Who receives it

Only those who need it to serve you, meaning the website hosting provider and the email provider through which enquiries arrive. These providers may store data on servers outside Israel. WhatsApp conversations are also subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.

Cookies

The site stores one cookie that remembers your language (Hebrew or English). It currently uses no analytics or advertising cookies. If we add such tools, we will update this policy. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

An enquiry that does not lead to work is kept for up to two years and then deleted. Customer data is kept while we work together and afterwards for the periods the law requires, for example for tax purposes.

Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to enquiries is limited to the staff who handle them. No method is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Data collected in car parks

This policy covers the website only. Plate recognition cameras and payment stations in car parks we build or maintain are operated for the car park owner or operator. Data collected in a car park is governed by the signage at the entrance and by the operator’s policy. Card payments are processed by the clearing company PayPlus, not by us.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Protection Law you may review the information held about you, ask to correct inaccurate information and ask to delete information that is no longer needed. Contact us with any question or request, and we will reply within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
